About Battle Buddy

Battle Buddy is a companion for veterans that you can talk to like a friend who served. It remembers your story, keeps your documents, appointments and medicines organized, and explains VA benefits in plain words from VA sources.

Talk to it by voice or type. Everything it tells you is labelled — something you said, something from a document, or its best guess — so you always know where an answer came from.

Documents, appointments and deadlines in one place

Add VA letters, decisions, ratings and medical records by photo, file or whole folder. Battle Buddy reads them, files a copy into your own Google Drive folders (VA Letters, Claims, Medical Records, Benefits and more), puts appointments on your Google Calendar and warns you before deadlines.

VA answers from VA sources

Ask about pension, the GI Bill, home loans, disability ratings, C&P exams, caregivers and more — answered from official VA pages and forms. With your permission, My VA brings in your own VA records.
